I’m originally from Pennsylvania, where I grew up until I moved to Delaware in 1999 during my husband’s service at Dover, Air Force Base. We liked the people and community in Delaware and decided that’s where we wanted to root ourselves and raise our family.
I have three grown children that bring me joy. Some activities we enjoy together are cooking dinner, watching our favorite sports teams, dancing, singing, volunteering, and running.
I love adventures with my husband traveling to different places and parks. We enjoy hiking, taking in nature, spending time with family and laughing with good friends.
When I have me time, I like to find a quiet space, use aromatherapy, drink hot herbal tea, and read a good book – ah, pure bliss!
I’ve found joy in supporting and watching people thrive and shine! I’m grateful to support my clients to live their best life and be equipped to handle life’s obstacles.
Working with my clients has created a positive effect of health and happiness in their life.
As a child I learned from my mom about wholistic healing. She taught me that food and herbs can be used as medicine, sitting quietly while meditating brings clarity, and being in nature is peaceful. She’s my first teacher, she taught me if you take care of yourself, it becomes easier to tap into your healing power and be in tune with your body. This allows you to find what you need to live a balanced life.
I’m a running enthusiast – yes, I love to run! It’s my church, my therapy, my friend, and my fountain of youth. I’ve been consistently running for several years. I furthered my passion, and experience as a cross country running coach and trainer. I currently lead a seasonal running/walking club at a local park. This club provides a calming space to walk or run, meditate, and connect with nature.
I found healing in physical activity and have witnessed firsthand how exercise and being present in nature have benefited and enriched people’s lives.
I decided to further my understanding of healing the mind, body, and spirit. Instead of treating the symptom, together we will discover what the cause is of your health concern(s). I would like to share natural ways women can tap into their own healing power and transform their lives.
I concentrate on gut health because our gut is the center of our being, it provides nutrients to all parts of our body. It is considered our second brain where our intuition is felt. When our digestive system is working correctly, so are we!
Stress can play a big part in digestive health, we will explore “Primary Food” the food that nourishes our soul. I also incorporate breathing techniques and meditation to help release the relaxation response to help reduce stress and support digestion.

I will also help you discover how to clear and open your 7 chakras and learn about ayurveda practices to enhance your health.
