your mind, body, and spirit. These three elements are what make you a living, conscious being. When they are out of sync or unbalanced, life is more difficult than it should be.

Your Mind - Your Body - Your Spirit

Mind

The mind takes action. Your mind is made of your thoughts, conscious, and emotions. Wellness of the mind is important because it is the driving force behind every action you take and reaction you give. Making sure your mind is healthy is a core part of being balanced. Without a proper mind element you are lost.

Body

This is the physiological aspect of yourself and provides the vessel to experience the world around you. Your body is at the mercy of your minds' thoughts and your spirits' beliefs. The body bears the burden when the mind and spirit are out of balance.

Spirit

This is at the center of who you are and getting in touch with your intuition. Your true wants, needs, desires, and beliefs are all influenced by your spirit. It is your connection to the divine. The higher version of yourself that is beyond your mind and your body. When you nurture your spirit, its able to properly guide the mind and body.

My Outlook

I practice a wholistic (whole person) approach to health and wellness, looking at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

My Goal

I work with my clients to get in touch with their body’s needs because I understand that life happens and your needs will change. I want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. I believe each person is fully capable of making well informed decisions as their own expert.

My Approach

Let’s define what you value most for your well being. We’ll use these visions to motivate specific goals that bring you closer to where you want to be. As your coach, I will not dictate a diet for you. Together we will explore what foods are healing and harmful and how to strategically use food as medicine. Together we’ll achieve your health goals within a reasonable time frame and actionable objectives.
